THE CAPE DUTCH STYLE

FRENCH STYLE

CONTEMPORARY STYLE

FRENCH PROVENCE STYLE

MODERN CAPE DUTCH STYLE

This is an semi-modern style that is on  the rise in popularity, and oringinated on lifestyle estates in Cape Town - no-one knowns quite when, how and by whom. See ARCHITECTCAPETOWN for more information. 

CAPE VERNACULAR STYLE

This is almost the same as the Modern Cape Dutch style but with clipped eaves rather than gable. It is a very cost effective but charming building style making it popular with the Cape middle class.
